We are currently looking for apprentice teaching assistants who possess good basic education skills and a strong desire to develop their skills working with young people who have learning difficulties.
Apprentices will support the teacher and teaching assistants in delivering education to a small group of pupils with severe learning and physical disabilities. They will work towards NVQ level 2 in Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools during their first year and can then progress onto NVQ Level 3.
Applicants must be physically fit and willing to undertake personal care including toileting and feeding.
