Premises Services Assistant

Oaklands is an Outstanding Special School serving the London Borough of Hounslow We provide specialist education to students with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple difficulties and autism. We have a Primary school (New Oaks), Secondary school (High Oaks) We cater for students aged from 4 to 19. Oaklands is at an exciting point in its development. Having moved into new purpose built building in 2018, this September our secondary school will reach its full capacity.

Due to our rapid and continued expansion we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, Premises Services Assistant to work with our site team in order to ensure the smooth running of the school building throughout the day. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks from taking deliveries, cleaning areas and replenishing stock when required.

You must be a strong team player and organised with the ability to follow instructions and work independently. We believe that our school building should be respected and a place which is welcoming for all staff and students and hope to appoint an individual who shares our views.

Actual Salary:          £15,361 per annum

Contract Type:          Term time only and permanent (39 weeks per year)                  

Hours of work:          31.25 hours per week – 8.00am to 3pm Monday to Friday
