Careers at Oaklands School

Can you make a difference to children and young people’s lives?

From September 2018 we will have several opportunities for people who wish to develop a career working with students with learning disabilities working in our new purpose built school.

We need to employ many more staff over the coming years and would like to hear from anyone looking to develop a career in special education.

Oaklands is at an exciting point in its development; we are currently working towards expansion and full school relocation to a purpose built new school in Hounslow for September 2018. The schools will be based on two sites and will consist of a new primary school (New Oaks) opening in Sep 2019, along with the current secondary school (High Oaks) and an independent post 19 college (Great Oaks) opening September 2018.

Oaklands is a specialist educational provision for students aged 3 – 25 who have severe learning difficulties (SLD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), or autism (ASD).

Oaklands believes that all of our students are capable of making outstanding progress and we want to appoint individuals who share our belief.
