Class Teacher Required                   

Oaklands is an outstanding special school serving the London Borough of Hounslow that provides specialist education to students with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple difficulties and autism. We have a Primary school (New Oaks), Secondary school (High Oaks) and a specialist independent SEN College provision (Great Oaks). We can cater for students aged from 4 to 25 across the Oaklands group.  We are based across two different sites with both our school buildings offering state of the art facilities for our students.  

We are currently looking for a class teacher to work with our Post 16 ASD students at our High Oaks Site on Gresham Road. As well as having a good sense of humour, you will need to be well organised, calm, patient and passionate about teaching students with special educational needs. An interest in teaching Physical Education would be an advantage for this post.

Pay Scale:               MPS – UPS plus SEN Points (dependent upon relevant SEN experience).
