          School Business Manager for Great Oaks College

              Grade: PO6                    

Great Oaks College opened in 2018 for young adults aged 19-25 with special educational needs and is now in the third year of its expansion phase, with the expectation of being at full capacity from September 2021. Great Oaks College is now seeking to appoint a School Business Manager to continue the development of our College and join our Senior Leadership team.

We are looking for:

Someone who is motivated and can work from their own initiative, with experience in Business/Finance management in a college setting. You will be highly organised and demonstrate strong leadership skills, managing a team of a HR Manager and an Administrator/Receptionist. You will work strategically with the Head of College. You will have excellent knowledge of the requirements to support the college with ILRs, communications with the ESFA, ensuring Health and Safety and creating processes and policies in line with the needs of the college. You will have experience of using PS Financial or have knowledge of an alternative system that may be implemented into the college.

This position is subject to a satisfactory fully enhanced DBS check and references being received. All positions are subject to the satisfactory completion of a 26 working week probation period.

Actual pay                    £45,834 to £48,819 per annum
