Speech & Language Therapist
Oaklands is an outstanding special school serving the London Borough of Hounslow that provides specialist education to students with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple difficulties and autism. We have a Primary school (New Oaks) and a Secondary school (High Oaks). We are based across two different sites with both our school buildings offering state of the art facilities for our students.
We are looking to appoint a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to provide and develop the onsite SALT service for our students. The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience of working in a specialist school for young adults who have very complex needs including PMLD, SLD and autism along with NHS Band 6 SALT experience. You will work closely with service providers and parents to ensure that the SALT programme is delivered at school and at home.
